when does college give out the cut off marks or cut off rank for admission in their colleges ?

Each and every college has its own  cut off rank declaration date for admission in college's and till now more than 90% colleges have declared their cut off list.

The cut off list start releasing from approximately 1 June of more than 60 % colleges for admission.
