Firstly you have not mentioned your category so, I assumed you as general category. Being general category and according to your NEET 2020 marks you have chances of getting into few dental college of karnataka like

It's quite difficult to make  prediction that whether you will get a government Veterinary college or not  as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges depends upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

We do not have 2019 data but with a score of 457, you do have decent chances for a seat in BAMS in Government College in UP through State Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year

It's not tuff not even easy to predict about admission as you didn't mentioned your state. But in normal looking most of the state cutoffs for BHMS for UR category, the cutoffs are like 140 to 710. So, without mentioning any particular state it can be said you have 40%
