You hane mentioned your marks and category but how can you suppose that we will be able to answer without knowing the exam/counselling of which you have mentioned your rank.Without knowing the counselling we can not tally any cutoff with yours, it will be just like a needle

Rank depends on factors like number of candidates qualified, normalized score, top score, your category, combined weightage in EAMCET and IPE( Group subjects), marks scored in individual subjects in EAMCET etc. You can expect a rank in between 28000-30000. This may vary depending on above mentioned factors.

sorry you are not qualified. the minimum mark required is 40 marks. so you cant get your admission through eamcet. rather you could try some state counselling through your board marks or jee rank.
