For B.Sc. Cardiac Care Technology in Tamil Nadu government medical colleges like Madras Medical College, admission is usually based on your 12th marks, not NEET.

Honestly, 51 marks/percentile mein top government college ya top university milna kaafi difficult ho jata hai, especially competitive courses mein.

Jaise:
• DU/CUET cutoffs usually kaafi high jaate hain
• JEE/NEET mein bhi 51 score pe acha government college milna tough hota hai
