I am getting 140 marks in Part A in UCEED 2025. can anybody guide if there are any chances of getting IIT. I know drawing marks are not yet known, but still, if somebody can guide basis the past experience when cut off would have been so high.

It depends on the purpose for which you're submitting your degree. In most cases, the degree issuance date (September) is what matters, not the result declaration dates.
