I am not sure if I numbered the last question in the answer sheet right("English last 6 mark") , although I have presented my paper in order and have mentioned the name of the lesson at the top of the will the question be awarded marks ,I am feeling so tensed.

If you have written the answer in order and mentioned the name of the lesson, the examiner will most likely understand it. Small numbering mistakes usually don’t lead to losing marks as long as your answer is clear and correctly presented.
