It all depends on what you feel. If you feel that your marks have been deducted unnecessarily and you would have scored better then you should definitely go for re-evaluation.  But generally the chances of increase in score after re-evaluation are not very high.

I was not listed in the final merit list in councelling by knruhs, students who got lower marks than me also who were non local (I was considered non loca only bcos..I didnt study 10th in Talengana) were listed too.
