Since you have not mentioned the exam name, I am assuming you are asking about 12th board exam. If you get full marks in your internal practicals and score 20 marks in written exam, then your total marks will be 40 and you will be regarded as passed.
I advice to get a PWD certificate in first instance from the Medical Authority or CMO and later on you can apply for the PWD reservation in the NEET exam. PWD has reservation in the NEET upto 5 % and if you obtain
