It is really difficult to say for sure since you have not mentioned the purpose for which you need your marksheets. If you really need it then try reaching to the administration departemnet of your college (they usually have the copy of the marksheet of all the candidates).

You need to carry all semester marksheets of your undergraduate course at the time of WB JECA counselling. You need to carry original marksheets and self attested copies of it. Along with those you also need to carry all the below mentioned documents both original and self attested copies

Since the first round allotment is now over, you need to wait for the second round registration to start.
Once second round registrations starts then you can register again for deemed universities as well and can pay the security deposit then to be considered for counseling.
