Mass Communication
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well,
Mass communication or mass media is a subject which does not depend or limit to a subject you have studied under till your 12th standard if you have studied under science or commerce it doesn't matter the main think is you should have good English and communication skills to excel in the media world. And knowledge of the basics of computer can also help, depending upon the specialization you would opt in mass communication. And do develop a habit of reading books and newspapers, magazine etc.
Good luck
Hi.
As you said whether or not you should get a job at the expense of your studies? the answer is NO. You do not need to aim for a job that causes you to sacrifice your study and since you had the courage to discontinue a college and then opt for B.Comm then it must be a course of your interest. However, regarding financial situation, you could look at alternatives such as you could talk at the interview with McDonalds to give you a part-time job considering you are still a student OR you could look for tutoring classes or anything that you can manage along with your studies. You are in this situation then you will be able to handle it. Ask your parents and seek guidance from your teachers as well, do not make rash and hasty decisions.
Incase you have a further specific query, please feel free to comment.
Best of Luck
See MA Mass Communication and MBA both have job perspective. But if you want a great salary package then choosing MBA will be a great choice. Doing your MBA from one of the top universities will really give you a highly contrasted future pathway and job prospect than MA Mass communication and its salary package.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Its entirely dependent on the university you are considering. The admission is tentatively to start by December as stated earlier. So wait for a while you will get informed by the university.
Have a great eve!
