Nasibur Rahaman 26th Jun, 2019

Hello Sachin,

The cutoff is most likely to release by the first week of July. However, considering the previous year's record 25 marks for both General and OBC candidates seems to be the ideal score to get in.

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 24th Jun, 2019
Hello,

I can understand your situation pretty well and trust me lakhs and lakhs of student and 8 out of every ten students face this situation at some time in their life.So you don't need to worry much just sit back and relax and think everything wisely.
First suggestion for you : You said you like physics ?
You like going new places? you want to do something exciting ? if you have yes to all the answers the  why not try for Indian Air Force? What's more exciting than giving your life to your nation everyday?

You said you like publicly speaking and Mass Com is something that excites you then why not go for this? Convince your parents, you have got one life and you gotta live for it.Give them examples of famous successful females of this industry.

Last but not the list you have got one life and do what you really want to do and not what others want you to do.

Good Luck

Hellow Nita. BA Mass Com.and B.Sc Film making are totally different courses. As the name suggests, BA is an subject of Arts and B.Sc is a subject of Science. Secondly Mass Communication deals with Journalism and Film making deals with film industry. Job opportunities are also different in both. A mass communication graduate can work in Print Media, Electronic Media, Public Relations, Publication House , Radio station etc and can also work as editor, Writer, Radio Jockey, Script Writing etc. Whereas one who is graduate in film making can pursue their carrier as Direction, Production, Animation, Advertising, Acting, Cinematography, Script Writing etc.

Hope you got your answer.

I got 96.6% in 12th class (cbse) ,please suggest me any best college for B.A. in Mass communication in Delhi

Aryaman Tewari 14th May, 2019
Hello, yes sure.

If you are looking to get into government colleges, then you will have to appear for BJMC entrance exam. You have cleared the minimum cutoff for class 12 marks, so that is sorted.

Some good colleges for you are Delhi College of Art and commerce (Under Delhi University), United College of Education, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, NRAI school of Mass Communication, Sri Guru Gobind College of Commerce, Noida International University.

Do make sure you choose the specialisation of your choice. Also, contrary to what people think, DU's journalism courses are as good as any.

Is there ug mass communication course in ignou ?

harshita_1558773432 Student Expert 21st Jun, 2019

Dear aspirant

IGNOU i.e. the Indira Gandhi National Open University does not provide you with a bachelor's degree or diploma in mass communication. It only has a PG diploma course in journalism and mass communication.

Under the school of IGNOU there is the School of Journalism & New Media Studies (SOJNMS) in the University with the mandate to offer quality academic programmes, conduct research and training and organise seminars and workshops in varied aspects of media and communication.

The nation-wide network of regional centres and study centres is used for implementing the programmes. The SOJNMS strives to address the emergent needs of the discipline of Journalism & Mass Communication in India and aims to develop human resource through it's own medium of education.

So you may look for this. The link is given below for this
