yes you can do double graduation.This time also you have to submit the same documents you submitted while your previous grduation degree.Journalism and mass communication eligibility criteria is that you should score 50% in your 10+2 exam.

You told that, you are not interested in solving Maths. Thus, choosing B.Sc course is not a good decision in this case, because B.Sc still has Maths and Physics paper , and it will again be a hurdle for you.
