Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is essential.Those who have appeared / are appearing for a degree examination are also eligible to apply. Hence even if you do not have UG in mass communication you can still apply.

The eligibility criteria is that you should be a native of the state or you should stay in the state for 7 years. So if you are a native of Tamil nadu, yes you are eligible for the state quota.

You can appear for entrance examination and after qualifying in entrance examination eligible for admission in course. The examination is conducted in month of May or June.

JNTU-H is not ofering Journalism and mass communication courses at UG and PG level. So many affailated colleges of Osmania University are offering this course at UG level. Rachana, St.Joseph's, Roots collegium...etc are offering courses on Journalism as elective subject. OU, AU, UOH (MA-Communication), JNU, Indian Institute of mass communication..etc
