to be eligible to apply in any such university you need to have at least 1-1.5 years of work experience in related field.

see currently you are doing a government job, now see ugc net score is evaluated for recruitment of lecturer or professor in govt as well as private institute. so if you want to switch to teaching profession , you may study for ugc net.

now coming to wbcs, exam is quite hard and have to prepare for one year, however the compensation is good and have excellent opportunity for graduates as well as commerce graduates.

however wbcs exam preparation is tougher than ugc net, but you have to decide what you want after clearing these exams, so take your decision accordingly. see none of the competitive exam is easy, you have to study sincerely along with your job to crack the exam.

Assuming youre from General Category, With a Score of 535/720 You have fair chances of securing a MBBS Seat in some of the good Medical Colleges in Karnataka under Private/Management Quota under COMEDK Medical Counselling.
