Actually you have not mentioned the Category you belong to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. So you can't get free Agriculture seat based on previous year's cut-offs. But your parent overall income do matters and that should be within the prescribed range. I

If you are General Category candidate then you may get partial fee reimbursement of at you get seat and if you belong to SC/ ST/ Minority then you may have chances of getting full fees reimbursement if you get seat. The cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

Assuming that you are a general candidate and as per your percentile, your AIR should lie somewhere around 143220 - 161000. As per records, it is less likely for you to get direct admission via State Counselling Process. If there are any Management Quota then you may get chance but direct admission through State Counselling is not possible as far your percentile or rank is concerned.
