After completion of your Diploma in any Engineering field you can take admission into Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology. As you have studied 3 years of Diploma in Engineering course you'll be eligible to join Engineering into 2 nd year.
You can get seat into Engineering through Counseling or can get it through Management quota as well. But the admission will be into 2 nd year either which ways.
