Totally depends on the college but you can clear your 12th from National institute of open schooling  and apply to colleges. Mostly all colleges recognise NIOS certificate. And with 99marks its difficult for you to get a good college.

The minimum qualifying cut off percentage of BHU UET , is 35% for General Category and 25% for SC/ST.

From previous year's cut offs of BHU UET, I can say your chances for qualifying for maths honours under General Category is extremely less as the closing rank was

1M =100 C.M.

5 c.m./100 = 0.05 m in 5 c.m.

Hence there are 0.05 m in 5 cm.

Now there is 1Km= 1000 m

0.05 m/1000=0.00005 k.m.

we can't convert cm into kilogram but can convert cubic centimeters into kilogram.
