Congratulations for securing such good marks in your bsc 1st year. I woul like to tell you that For taking admission in BSC you'll have to take a fresh admission in first year. You cannot directly enroll for bsc 2nd year. Although few universities allow migration between colleges

The cut off marks of ACMS in NEET 2018 is 578-519 for army category, 460-301 for SC/ST category and 425-155 marks for defence category. so according to this you will not get admission in ACMS with this marks.

NO,  as you had mentioned your percentage is 68.20%

The government engineering colleges has higher merit list and cutoff so with less percentage mark you didnt get dmission in government colleges but, you can ask for the GEC COLLEGES OF BHARUCH and godhara where merit list at last round is

Hi you can get NIT Kurukshetra(2nd round), Sardar Patel Institute of IT Mumbai, DJ Sanghvi Mumbai, KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.

Other NITs chances are low for Computer engineering course. The above mentioned colleges are also good colleges if you are interested.
