Dear yash,
Benefits varies from person to person. I mean if you are interested in doing so with B.A, then you will get benefit of it, but if you take it just under any sort of pressure. It won't work for you.
So I would suggest you to choose your area of interest. Depends on your interest that you should go for it or not.
Hope this helped.
All the Best!!
Hello aspirant,
If you want to improve your maths, first of all, focus on clearing the basics of the all the concepts. When you are clear with the basics, move on to new concepts that you weren't taught earlier in schools and then build their foundation. As you physics and chemistry are strong, you can devote less time towards them and highly focus on maths. After learning all the concepts, start solving basics questions from the board textbooks and handbooks which will help you to build confidence and develop a command on the subject. Then gradually move onto the core questions that are or can be asked in JEE. This step wise process will help you to boost your score and improve your chances of selection.
I hope you find this useful, Thank you and All the Best!

Hi, you can sit for Maths exam through NIOS. The eligibility criteria for getting into an engineering college would be 50% aggregate in PCM. For studying abroad you will have to appear for English proficiency test. For colleges in India SAT score is not required as many of the colleges do not consider it. You will have to appear for entrance exams such as state level CET or JEE Mains. Either way once you appear for maths you will be eligible for both in India as well as for abroad. Hope this helps.
