In general results are declared in the month of august (for cbse), and neet 2021would be conducted around may 2021, if this pandemic is over. And, to fill the neet application you need to mention your result, in a nutshell you cannot apply for neet2021. But you can apply

It depends, for IIMS you have to score minimum 99 percentile. It is the basic eligibility criteria for iims also they will see your previous marks and then only you are eligible for the further process.

As you have mentioned that you have appeared for NEET already for three times. I would suggest you to continue with B.Sc. and then you can do your M.Sc. Because you have already wasted 3 years of your life .

I personally prefer you cengage publications book, it has very good number of questions with non repeating same type of questions. I mean, every question have different strategy to solve it. You can enhance your thinking as well as imagination capability from this book.
