In real situation there is not any college and university that can allow you to admit in BSc course without having science or mathematics in your class 12th, as BSc name actually designate with the bachelor in science for which you compulsorily need to be from science background ,

see the eligibility criteria for bsc in geography in colleges under Calcutta university  is candidates must pass 10+2 course from a recognized education board and must have geography as a subject in 10+2 course. however qualifying marks criteria may differ college to college, YOU NEED TO CHECK THE OFFICIAL

No you cannot get admission in Jadavapur University if you did not passed your 10+2 from science stream. Hi aspirant,

I think you are asking about the transfer from one College to another college after your first year completion of a degree. You can change college and join directly into second year if the both colleges' affiliated university is same. Otherwise little bit tough.
