Hi Aspirant,
One of the eligibility criteria for PAT exam is that the candidate needs to have passed H.S.L.C or any equivalent exam in a single sitting with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Science. For SC and ST candidates, the criteria are reduced to 35% and 33% respectively.

Dear Aspirant,
Here are some options for you after 12th as a science student.
The first thing to do is to check your area of interest and how it is congruent with the field you are choosing. As a science student, you have the option of choosing science but then you can also fall back on something which you really want to do like journalism or arts or do something in science which is not exactly biology like psychology.
If you are interested, then you can opt for medicine which is more reliable and will suits your subjects. You can choose the medical field as your area of interest. The medical field is one of the best and prominent fields for the students having science group in 10+2 standard.
You need to go for an entrance examination to get the admission in the medical degree course. Admission in most of the professional courses in medical fields is based on either merit or through the entrance test. There are different entrance exams for different courses of medical. AIIMS 2020, JIPMER 2020, NEET 2020 are the popular entrance exam for admission to MBBS/BDS course.
If your interest lies in Management or business and you wish to develop your aptitude for the corporate world, you can opt for a BBA. They have different specialisation depending on your interest. There are integrated courses as well. It depends from college to college but a deep study in them would enable you to get a better understanding of your options.
You can go for applied arts, if you are interested in designing not just in the fashion industry but also the digital industry. You can choose to design almost anything you are passionate about. You can go for Arts subjects like Psychology or literature if you are interested. You can go for fine arts, performing arts and visual arts as well. There are plenty of graduate courses for that in the country and outside.

Hi aspirant,
I think you are asking about the transfer from one College to another college after your first year completion of a degree. You can change college and join directly into second year if the both colleges' affiliated university is same. Otherwise little bit tough.
Hope it helps.
