Yes you can give union Public Service Commission exam if you follow the basic eligibility criteria mentioned below:

  1. The candidate must have completed minimum 21 years of age.
  2. The general category student can give 6 attempts of UPSC exam

Dear aspirant!

Hope you are doing great!As you have passed in 5 subjects and 40 marks in physics it doesn't matter .the eligibility criteria for bsc agriculture is 50 percent aggregated marks so with low marks in physics you can take admission in bsc agriculture.

I passed my 12th in 2020 and Im applying for CBSE Improvement Exams as a Private Candidate in PCM in 2021. I have got RT in Physics & Chemistry column and got less marks in Mathematics as compared to previous results(2020). Is it compulsory to clear my RT? Does my previous result is valid?

Improvement exams are an opportunity given to candidates to improve their previous scores. If the scores they got in the improvement exam is low than their previous scores then it's not considered.
