Ya sure you can appear for your biology test papers in this year .don't be panic.you will be allowed to give exams while permission being given to some students to improve their marks their you can apply form for writing biology exams paper .most probably they will allow
being from open category your chances of getting MSc Mathematics is quite slim......i would say its almost impossible....looking at the cutoff trends of past 3 years expected cutoff will be 28.20 to 38.30.
If you belong to OBC, the community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list and then you can claim OBC reservation at the Centre and SEBC reservation in State Counselling. This is because, SEBC is a State level reservation and is not listed in the NEET

It depends on you whether which subject you are able to be mastered of. Simpler terms, that is, if you're good at Mathematics, then you can pursue with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry stream or if you are good at Biology, then you can pursue your intermediate with Physics,
The eligibility criteria for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is that candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th meaning you must be having science stream along with mathematics.
Then, there is age limit also which is from 17 to 25 years.
Therefore, no you can't appear for JEE
