Go with the CSE, at Kanpur/Kharagpur. I would suggest IIT kanpur as it has a more robust coding culture and a tech culture overall.

According to 2020 Delhi University cutoffs for bac mathematics, almost all colleges hav a cutoff above 90 % . Considering your plustwo percent to be 79.25, you have very less chances to get admission on merit based on delhi university.
