Sir,I got AIR 641 for IIT JAM Msc mathematics, general category...can I get into any of the IITs?

According to my evaluation with 641 rank and general category is very difficult(next to impossible ) to get in any IITs as the maximum closing rank cutoff goes not higher than 450 in any of the IITs.
