If you have cleared GATE and completed your Msc then you can try for Phd which can give a new star to your cv or you can work on some good private projects
You can also go for some good public Sector like BHEL,IOC or in NTPC

Also you can go for JRF in different research stations

On an average most colleges in India have a criteria which is at least 50-55% in PCM for general category students and whereas 40-45% for SC/STs as per the relaxation provided by the indian Government. So you can get a sum of PCM and calculate your percentage. And

Yes you can get admission in Nitte Meenakshi College with your rank but it is difficult, considering that ECE branch is a decently in-demand course, and your rank is pretty decent. You can try through the vacancy rounds which will get you a better chance of getting admission there. And
