Hi Sumit,
      Bca is a Bachelor's degree course  which any stream students can pursue (Science, commerce or arts) after completing 12th standard from a recognized board.
So , surely you can pursue BCA after 12th commerce.

Admission depends on various factors. First of all you haven't mentioned which college or university you wish to join to study B.sc maths hons. The admission procedure varies from university to university.
