Sorry, but IITs do not consider marks from different boards combined. You must clear all mandatory Class 12 subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from a single recognized board. Taking Physics through NIOS after failing your State Board exam will make your original State Board result invalid for JEE Advanced
