There will not be any deduction at all if you don't change your stream. As you have studied commerce with mathematics in 10+2, and you wish to pursue any commerce field like maybe economics or mathematics or B.Com., then you will face no deduction. The guidelines clearly state that

You can surely apply for the JEE mains 2020.There us no such restrictions of class 10 marks that have been imposed on students for filling out JEE forms.

You are on the border line of crossing the Subject cutoff for JEE advanced as the subject cutoff for JEE advanced 2018 was 12 marks.
As you also scored 12 marks , I suggest you to keep your fingers crossed as it will be a nail biting scenario.
