remeial mathematics is a subject which you ned to learn in b.pharma courses. see no subject is tough or easy. it is the way you are taking it. if yur math portion of 10+2 is average you will not find any difficulty in it.

Hello kartavya , the colleges do have there entrances i mean if you choose any top college they have their entrance test ,there you need to score very good marks and pass and qualify for the college admission .. also there are few colleges who accept the score of 10+

Courses.
Almost all the CS courses are taught in MnC department but there’s a difference. Mnc courses are more inclined towards Mathematics and not much coding. It is you who will have to code. The professors in MnC department won’t pay much heed.
