I have done my graduation with Mathematics (Hon) and Physics & Chemistry as subsidiary subject. Can I choose History as optional for BPSC.

Sujata Tripathi 8th Apr, 2019
For general category, the maximum age limit is 37 years. The candidate must be graduate to apply. Out of 34 subjects, you can choose only one optional subject for BPSC. So, you can choose History as an optional subject. But if you do, you can't choose any other subject.

Hello,

As per the latest updates. Delhi University made Mathematics in Class XII mandatory for B.Com (Hons.). If you are choosing B.Com mathematics is not mandatory but 2.5% marks may be deducted while considering for admission. Still there are chances for you to get into good colleges with this marks.
