To apply for NEET, a candidate must have an aggregate of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The score of maths is not required. So if you fulfill this criterion, yes you are eligible.

There is no any particular book for the preparation, it is advisable to revise your 11th-12th syllabus properly and once it is done, start doing previous year papers as these will be helping you to know difficulty level of questions along with paper pattern. You can download the previous year

Kumar , unfortunately it will be somewhat hard for you to study the aeronautical engineering because inorder to apply for that in any of the private / Govt. engineering colleges you should have atleast Maths as an compulsory subject in the academics of your Class 12th syllabus.

Yes, you can become Mathematics Lecturer. In order to become Mathematics Lecturer you should do M.Tech. After competition of M.Tech you can go for teaching. Later you can complete Ph.D. within few years.
