I'm sorry akbar, you can't apply for MSE. because,MSE mentioned that the applicants should have 55% aggregate marks in +2(as maths as its one of main subjects ).

But the some institutes like GOKHALE INSTITUTE OF POLITICS AND ECONOMICS  does not have such a requirements.so, you could apply for it.

Yes, you can become Mathematics Lecturer. In order to become Mathematics Lecturer you should do M.Tech. After competition of M.Tech you can go for teaching. Later you can complete Ph.D. within few years.
