My rank in JEE mains is 4.85 lakh. I did get 92 percentile in maths but got lower in maths and chem.. Single girl child, Delhi domicile but general category.. will i be able to get into a good college in delhi for core branches?

Pranjali Mathur 4th May, 2026

Hello, with a JEE Main rank around 4.85 lakh (Delhi domicile, general category), admission in core branches (like CSE, ECE, Mechanical) in top government colleges in Delhi depends on counselling, category rules, and seat availability.

what is the cic du Cut-off for btech program , out of 750 maximum marks of 3 subject (maths , gat, eng) in 2026.

Prabha Dhavala 20th Apr, 2026

Hi,

The cutoff for 2026 will only be released once the admissions are complete. Currently you can use the 2025 cutoff to get an idea. Ideally the cutoff also varies a bit on the category of the student but all details for 2025 can be checked here

Hello Student,

Yes, you are eligible for VITEEE because of have 60% aggregate score in MPC, However, because you have a low score in maths, I suggest you check with the conducting body regarding your eligibility.

i got 23/80 in maths theory& 20/20 internal assessment then am i eligible for improvement exam for maths& am i pass in the exam

Hello Student,

Because of your marks in theory, you will have to give the compartment exam. You are not eligible for the improvement exam.
