My results showed i pass in my 12cbse examination. l have taken 6 subject English, physics, chemistry, biology, IP and maths. But i have Rt in maths ( maths is my optioal subject) .so is it necessary for ne to appear in compartment exam . Can i apply for college despite having RT?

Hey student,

No, it is not compulsory to pass in all the 6 subjects.

One just need to pass in any of the 5 subjects to be considered as pass

If you fail in mathematics then also you will be considered as pass

I got compartment in maths .tell me some college in lucknow in which I can take admission

Hey student,

You can get admission in university of Lucknow but students with compartment in 10+2 can be given provisional admission in B.A /B. Sc./ B.Com-I but he/she will have to clear the compartment by December otherwise the admission will be cancelled.

No, you are not eligible for btech, it doesn't matter even if you are overall passed.  You should be passed in maths as it is the eligibility criteria for it.
