I hope you are doing well.

According to the AICTE, you can study BTech without having to take Mathematics and 14 other obligatory topics. However, these new rules are not yet in effect and will be with the NEP 2020.

I'm sorry to inform you, but you must have completed class 12 in Mathematics/Computer Science/IP with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised board to be eligible.

Well first of all there is no btech course in Delhi university so you are not able to study Btech course there.

Apart from delhi university there are various colleges that comes under indraprastha university or IPU on which you can get admissions in btech course.
