Yes you can.

The NO(National Olympiad) takes place in two levels, Level 1 and Level 2.

To apply for Level 1 exam, there are no criteria for minimum marks , so the Olympiad is open to all school students.

But, only the students who perform well in Level 1

To be honest, you can. According to my knowledge, such possibilities are now available you can choose between PCB, PCMB or PCM.

The selection of the subjects PCB in 11 is not dependent on maths. So you can surely choose PCB
