YES,  Certainly you can give NATA exam for Architecture , NATA is National Aptitude Test in Architecture.

A commerce stream student is also eligible for this Entrance Exam .

Yes, you can definitely do MBA finance. It doesn't matter at all even if you have basic maths in class 10th and applied Maths in 10+2.

This is because,

Maths is not mandatory in any class be it graduation , 12th  or 10th .

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for NEET UG Entrance Examination provided you must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. Yes, maths is compulsory to be eligible for BCA in IPU. But even if you don't have maths, you can be still eligible for IPU BCA provided you have studied one of the following subjects in 10+2.
