The eligibility criteria for a SC category student to be eligible for NEET is 40%. Now as per the marks you have provided, you are scoring around 81.66% so you are eligible for the NEET. There are no where its mentioned that the GRACE marks candidates will not be considered.

It's okay that you are repeating only for the Mathematics but for the AFCAT exam eligibility you need to do after the repeat , a degree in the Maths /Physis as main then you will be able to apply for the exam .
