If the percentage mentioned by you is the aggregate percentage of those four subjects in which you have scored maximum marks in comparison to other one or two subjects then on such percentage you have good chances to get colleges for B.Com Hons. like :-

Hello aspirant.

Well it doesn't affect in case of jee mains or EAMCET or any other exams but in case of jee advanced it is mandatory to attempt all the subjects equally.

In jee advanced if you don't attempt any subject upto some extent then you will not qualify.
