Yes you can skip Mathematics subject and instead give Biology if you want to go into medical field. But you will have to compulsorily give Physics and Chemistry. You cannot get MBBS through KCET as NEET has been made compulsory to get into MBBS.

Employment wise both the streams have good scopes but if you think of higher salary packages or more programming oriented job profiles then I would say you should go for CSE.
