You  haven't mentioned you've  done the mistake in which form, is it any entrance exam or something else, if it has any correction facility then you can edit the details otherwise, it's not possible if the mistake which you have done cannot be corrected, since you haven't mentioned much

Hi, yes you are elligible for a Bacherlor's Degree in Commerce. At the same time though, remeber that the subjects you will study in commerce are really different than what you had studied before. Changing science to Commerce is little bit hard for many people, mostly becuase subjects like Accounts
