As per the Constorium of National Law Universities  for CLAT the eligibility requirement  is that candidate must have passed or appearing class 12 in any stream with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized central or state board.

Minimum marks requirement for 12th exam is 50%. So there is no problem regarding this.

You should go for CDSE if you want to.

Yes you can do BCA with machine learning or artificial intelligence course. But this criteria is different for every state. But most common criteria candidate have to pass 10+2 in science. And commerce students also do this course. But you have to 45 % marks in your 12th result.
