Unfortunately, you can not attempt NEET entrance examination as one of the major eligibility criteria for NEET is that Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

if you are taking re-admission then you have to go through everything all over again with your new subjects which includes practical exams for all the subjects in your syllabus.

You haven't mentioned your Category.  To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate criteria. But if you want to join NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% only in your 12th. 11th marks aren't considered. And then to appear for JEE Advanced
