It totally depends upon you what you want to persue when it comes in terms of educational degree. But here you can prefer BTech over BSc because in case which did not happen but still if in case you will not be able to qualify the entrance test

You don't need to worry dear even if you have failed in maths

This is because,

Your marks in maths is not considered for Neet eligibility so it's completely ok even if you have failed in maths examination in your class 12th but yes you must have overall passed
