Yes  , you are still eligible if you have pcmb in 12th standard as per the criteria required for the candidates to be eligible for the neet as it says that you must have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English

You don't need to worry at all dear as biology optional subject is acceptable in NEET examination

So, even if you have Biology as an optional subject you are a still eligible for Neet examination provided you must  pass in English and in both the theory and practical of

Yes , biology is the mandatory subject which one should opt for if he /she is going to give any medical entrance exam . Further as per the eligibility criteria required for NEET is that a candidate must have 50% (for general category ) aggregate in physics

The ranks in. Every country depends upon the category of the students. As per the previous year the cutoff for general category is 50% i.e., 700- 134., and also for OBC, SC, ST they should have minimum of 40 % i.e., 133 - 107.
