which is best between b.sc maths hons or b. sc maths and computing?

In BSc Maths Hons you will study about Mathematics and basic Science but in Mathematics and Computing apart from Mathematics you will study about computing, designing and algorithms and theoretical parts of programming and few practical sessions.

Looking at current world scenario both are good courses but BSc Mathematics

i m a pcb student i would like to complete maths from nios on demand examination and after doing so m i eligible for bsc it through mu as for bsc it. will mu consider my maths marks from nios and other subjects from hsc board for admission

Hi,

Yes you can clear your maths from NIOS. If you clear your Maths from NIOS then you will be eligible for taking admission. Regarding your second question yes both your HSC marks for other subjects and your NIOS maths marks will be valid. Doing Maths from NIOS is convenient

I have passed my 12th boards examination with PCB. I want to pursue engineering. Can i give maths through NIOS? Will it make me eligible for JEE and Engineering colleges?

Hello student yes NIOS is a recognized board if you qualify on demand Mathematics examination from NIOS board yes you're eligible to appear in Jee main.

Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

I got 91% in Maths and 88% in Physics at 12th BOARD EXAM. But got 58% in Chemistry at BOARDS..(year 2020). My overall percentage at Boards is 83%.. If I give One year drop for JEE 2021, Am I eligible to get into IITs, NITs, GFTIs, VIT, BITS or Jadavpur through their entrance exams ?

Usually xii board score for nit and IIT colleges is Minimum 75% in PCM subjects. This year due to Covid 19 pandemic, flexibility is given for xii board score. For IIT and nit admissions you must have passed xii board regardless of marks..

Dear candidate,

For jee main exam you need to be decent  score in every subjects. If you want to good percentile you need to be very decent score about 200 then you get well reputed college .

Good to see you  here,

Yes you can ,

in my opinion you should learn at least basics in the physics.

Why because you should have subject on the first year.

You should appear on that exams.

So keep in mind that you should learn All subjects

Can i get NIT(Btech) seat through Jossa if have compartment in maths(35/100) but overall i am PASS due to 6th subject. And the counseling starts before compartment exams...i have 75% in PCM and good jee percentile...
