Can you please state which exams eligibility criteria you are talking about , if its JEE MAINS or ADVANCE then it is 75% general and 65% for others in class 12th aggregate . If you want to know for some other paper please let us know>

In the field of economics Maths is considered as a very essential subject. So you won't be able to pursue BA (hons.) Economics .
But no need to be sad , you can go for B. Sc (Hons.) Economics if you don't have maths as a compulsory subject
