Iam from Andhra pradesh intermediate board. My intermediate marks memo shows a combined total of 1000 marks which includes both 1st year (class 11) and 2nd year (class 12 ) marks The Eligibility criteria mentions a minimum of 60% aggregrate in 10+2 in physics ,chemisty and maths .could you please clarify whether 60% aggregrate is calculated based on 1. the combined marks of 1st and 2nd year of intermediate or 2. only 2nd year (class 12) marks ?

Samyak Jain 2nd Jun, 2026

Hello Dear Student,

For Andhra Pradesh Intermediate students, the interpretation of "60% aggregate in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics)" depends on the admission policy of the institution.

In most cases, for AP Intermediate Board students, the aggregate is calculated using the combined marks of both 1st Year and 2nd Year

  • CAT: Eligibility is based on your bachelor's degree. A Class 12 RT in Maths usually does not affect CAT eligibility.
  • CUET
