see if you have any xerox copy of the hall certificate you may take it to the school authority, or if this is not possible ask your school authority if any other options is available for you since you have lost it. donot panic and make your steps calmly

In this case you have described I would suggest you should attempt the same paper multiple times, atleast 3 times, and then look at the solutions to all the questions you have not got right.

Dear Rohan ,

As per rules of government if you failed in one subject in 10th then you can go for retest but if you have failed in more then 2 subjects then you are not eligible for retest so you have to wait for 1 more year for exam
